By focusing on social and emotional growth in addition to the amazing boxing fitness workout, participants learn the art of boxing, punches, footwork, and defensive moves all in 60 minutes. This circuit style workout includes footwork drills, body weight exercises, hitting a heavy bag and working one on one with focus mitts and your trainer.
