My name is Michelle and I have been a certified fitness professional since 2007. I have worked at university fitness facilities, privately owned studios, hospital associated health clubs, athletic clubs, and franchises. Throughout my career I have worked with a diverse population of clientele ranging from toddlers, youth, student athletes, adults and seniors. I specialize in exercise programs based on needs assessment of clients including goals, health history, physical activity history and preferences of client.
Together, we can create an individualized weight loss program, athlete training program, or general fitness routine. Based on your goals, we work together to create a regime that is realistic to your everyday life.
My motivation everyday are my clients I meet with, the excitement, the love/hate relationship, and the amazing outcomes that become possible because of hard work. I love what I do, and I do what I love.
